Shipping and handling are non-refundable. Shipping & handling costs for exchanges or replacements are at the cost of the buyer. Shipping & handling cost is not included in exchange value - merchandise value only is considered.
Each piece is packed for maximum protection during transit, & all packages are insured, contact your local Post Office to file a claim for any breakage. Replacement by me is at my own discretion - picture proof is required that breakage occurred due to insufficient packaging. Damage due to carrier mishandling must be handled through the carrier insurance claim process.
I will work with my customers towards satisfaction; replacements and/or exchanges are at my own discretion.
